Georgia Real Estate Continuing Education
You will need to complete the following CE requirements in order to renew your real estate license in Georgia.
Georgia Active Real Estate License Renewal
You will need 36 hours of Georgia Real Estate Commission and Appraisers Board (GREC) approved CE courses, including three hours on Lice law.

If more than five years pass since your expiration date, your license will become terminated. This means you will no longer be able to renew it and will need to reapply in order to get your Georgia real estate.
